splendid lagoon getaway
amazing gala outdoor table live entertainment excellent food
new year's eve was lovely at crescendo with the best gala dinner. our outdoor table offered a partial view of the stage plus easy access to bars and food stations. decorations were beautiful and the live entertainment including mamma mia singers was lovely. the dj and drummer were great so we danced all night. the midnight fireworks display on the beach was super and included live fire shows. the food choice was excellent from oysters to tasty desserts.
bottled water is chargeable in every restaurant and by the pool , although crescendo offers free water jugs.

the hotel is situated in a great location , full of history , with interiors that are gorgeous , so everywhere you turn , there's something to admire.

this resort provides access to tranquil lagoons , , made our stay even more nice , also the main pool area looked very well-kept , so we spent relaxing moments.

the crescendo restaurant offered delicious breakfasts , however , we particularly loved the lunches at the beach house and you should prebook a table outside at lunchtime as they fill fast.

Very nice Lagoon Access Stay!
friendly staff super clean room onsite restaurants
The resort staff were friendly. Housekeeping kept our Premier Lagoon Access room super clean. The location felt very peaceful. It was easy to relax since there were restaurants on site, therefore I did not have to leave the hotel!

The Premier Lagoon Access room was amazing. It had direct access to the lagoon pools. I appreciated the room being very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family!

The staff throughout the resort provided really good service. They were always very attentive and helpful. Prakash, from room service, stood out with his attentiveness. He checked in twice daily to meet our needs.

I loved the breakfast at Crescendo restaurant. The staff was wonderful, and they even surprised us with a cake on our last day! Mekong was my favorite dining experience. I highly recommend trying it multiple times.

The resort has a fabulous beachfront location. I had super views of Atlantis. Plus, I saw Mickael Jackson properties and David beckam properties from the resort! The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

There are many pools. Each pool has warm water and plenty of sun loungers. The resort offered water sports activities. There is also valet parking and buggies for luggage, very convenient.

I liked the lagoon access room i upgraded to. It made it so much easier to enjoy the water. The staff are really very friendly plus helpful. The food at the restaurants tasted good. I was happy with most dining options.
the adventure club approached ME a lot. I felt it very pushy and disrupted my relaxing stay.

the hotel had a comfortable room. it included two separate sinks. the room also featured a rainfall shower. i found the bed very comfortable.
bottled water was chargeable in every restaurant. this also applied near the pool.

direct access diverse breakfast poor ingredient swimming pool
The room had direct access to the lagoon. Breakfast selections were very diverse and excellent. I also found a nice garden on the resort premises.
There was noise at the swimming pool, so there was no privacy. I did not enjoy the food ordered from two different restaurants. I thought the ingredients were poor, and the food was not well cooked.
